Between 11 and 14 March 2014, Barcelona will host Microsofts Partners in Learning Global Forum, which shall see some 1,500 experts from more than 80 countries discuss education and new technology.
The forum aims to share and develop learning models that make it possible to set up collaborative communities of teachers and education leaders through the use of technology and innovation.
Debates and discussions shall cover issues ranging from educational innovation to the application of ICTs in improving education, and the development of online educational material. There will also be exhibitions of good practices and successful case studies from schools around the world.
Barcelona will thus become the world capital of innovation in education, taking over from cities such as Lisbon (Portugal) and Bogotá (Colombia).
